I was impressed with several things, Carey, the gal at the front desk. So Very knowledgeable! Then I have never Got my oil changed and had all these photos appear that Carey showed me. Photos of the condition of my tires ( one with a nail in it), condition of my brakes, several recommendations with estimate of costs And it goes on ! Amazing, I just moved here 2wks ago and was looking for a place I could trust, if there were any real issues With My jeep. This is the place. Thank you, Bonnie

I am a returning customer. My 2014 Scion xB needed a radiator flush—something I’d rather not do—so I took it to Keep It New for that service plus a headlight adjustment as I had switched out the HID bulbs for LED. They took me in the same day I called them. Great job!

Again, I received outstanding service from Keep It New Auto Service! I had taken my car to the dealership for a recall item and had asked them to check my oil level. I got my car back with no mention of the oil level. I went over the paperwork and saw they had said, 'Oil check requested. Not checked because dipstick missing or broken!' I was very disappointed that they did not tell me about this or make an effort to repair/replace. I went to Keep It New Auto Service and they immediately determined that the piece on the top of the dipstick was missing, so it could not be pulled out to check, but that the seal was good and it was safe to drive the car until a replacement dipstick came in. They ordered a new dipstick for me and will replace it when I return the car. There was no charge for the service today! This is an excellent company to do business with! They really go out of their way to help you right when you need it, and they know their business and what they are doing. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for any kind of auto service. They are honest, provide excellent quality service and really exhibit care for their customers.

Josh, Ann and Ace were superb. Ann went above and beyond with explaining their whole inspection report to me, and even showing me the pictures they took. Both of which is something I NEVER get from Ford. Outside of my Ford Maintenance package I will be returning for anything else that is needed for my car and you should too. Thanks guys for the wonderful and quick experience.

Thanks Jake for attending my phone inquiry and helping me booked my appointment. Appreciate the email communication for job order approval and appointment confirmation for my 2016 Honda Civic. Service done were Transmission oil and brake fluid exchange. Quality fast service while waiting on nice customer lounge. Kudos to the entire Team and keep up the good work!
