I came for a broken door handle. I figured it would be kinda complicated. The service was good, and I think the price was fair. I waited about 2.5 hrs in the office and heard the front office folks helping other people, too. They were very friendly, knowledgeable & honest. I like that they sit and give a very detailed overview afterward to tell me what to keep an eye on.

Brought my 1999 Honda Prelude to KIN. I'm fairly new to Brentwood and wanted professionals to take a look at my car while performing regular maintenance. I read great reviews my locals and they were right. KIN was easy to book online, communicated very well and went above and beyond at the shop. They provided photos of what was found while working on 26yo car and gave me honest opinions on how to move forward. I'm happy now I have a shop in my new town that I can trust to work on my car.

Extremely professional, very detailed as far as what needs to be done, what may need to be done in the future, and very transparent about problems found, including pictures of worn parts and pictures after repair. Most places say "this is broken" then say "we fixed it" and you're left wondering "did they fix it?" Here you do not have that question. You get a detailed breakdown of everything. I'm happy to have found KIN Auto Services in Brentwood. The staff are knowledgable, the pricing is fair, and the work is excellent. I've been a customer for a year now, and whether I'm dropping off my car or waiting for it, communication is prompt. When they discuss the findings of their diagnostic report, they don't try to upsell me and they let me know the items that need to be done now, at the next regular service, or sometime in the future (i.e., something optional that might be helpful). To be honest, when I inquired about if I needed the service they offer for reglazing old windshields Ann told me that my car doesn't need that and I needn't spend my money on it now. I appreciate the honesty and candor. I recommend Keep It New Auto Service with full confidence.

Staff is very knowledgeable and understating! I always feel like my car is getting the best service.
