I was going here for a bit, but had to look else where due to transportation issues. I went to the 2nd highest rated shop on Yelp (Keep it New was #1). I ended up back at Keep it New. They are #1 for a reason. There customer relations are 10/10. They are very thorough with their inspections and have a system designed to let you know what checked out good, what needs to me monitored, and what needs to be delt with now. I like the record keeping system because it allows me to pre plan my next service appointments. Prices are fair and I don’t ever feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Glad I’m back Boss Lady.

The ladies at Keep it New are so sweet and caring. They helped me find the issue with my Ford and reassured me that they had my best interest in mind. The job was done right and I will absolutely come here with any future car needs.

Car repairs can be expensive. I appreciated their honesty. I was told by another car service location that I needed a few things repaired, including new front brakes and that my car battery was in "good" working order. Going to Keep it New, they told me, I in fact had a bad battery and made the needed exchange. They also told me my brakes we just fine. They assisted me with costs as well as a ride home via arranging an Uber

Let me start off by saying Kathy is very friendly and helpful. She always has a good attitude and willing to help. This auto shop has never let me down. They also inspect your car and address any other issues your car may have that you may have not been aware of . They also provide photos of the issues so you know they're not just trying to get money out of you for no reasonn. Kathy went over my inspection report with the priorities first. I will definetely be back for all my vehicles to fixed her .
