My quote because my rotors couldn’t be turned over $500. More labor is involved turning rotors than putting on new ones. The cost of the rotors if you do the math is well over $300 by their quote? I can buy rotors for $70 to $150 depending on the quality. I’m sure they get them for less than what I can buy them. A quote for $300 would seem more appropriate. Not sure if I would use them again even with their good service and strong auto knowledge.

There was a concern I had however after reviewing the estimates. Looks like the discount for the $150 Brake service coupon you presented, WAS applied to your brake service estimate. So even though we have indicated that that coupon price isn't available on all vehicles, we did apply that discount toward your service. And I agree that the quality of parts used and warranties have a huge influence on price.
