Quick, friendly, thorough, and reasonable. I appreciate that the inspection and diagnostic data was presented in an easy to follow format sent via email. The results of the diagnostic also included images of their findings with action recommended to correct the problem. I couldn't believe all of this, plus a compression check, was under $150.00. This is the 1st and only time I have been there. I found my shop for future needs.

We moved here 4 years ago and drug 3 cars with us. I found "Keep it new" on line and was led there by the reviews. I love the service and friendly staff at the counter. They have my Saturn and Tacoma running great. Now my Sienna is in for brakes and other small maintenance. They did a full free inspection and sent a quote with pictures via email. Then they call and go over whatever needs to be addressed in detail. The prices are always a bit better than the going rates. At least they have been for whatever I've needed. I am truly happy with the service and appreciate the piece of mind they give me. When I drive that van home tomorrow I'm confident it will be in perfect shape. Update, it was. Thank you guys!!

Keep It New Auto Service is amazing! I took my Lexus SUV in for a power steering failure repair. I received a diagnosis quote promptly. The repair was done on time and at the quoted price. SUV runs great now. The "Keep It New Team" is very friendly, professional and helpful!!!!
