Outstanding customer service. Very detail-oriented. Went in for an oil change, when I'm paying they proceed to show me pictures of my vehicle's brake pads, New oil on my dipstick pictures of the tread depth of my tires. I mean if a mechanic shop is willing to take their time with these details. Definitely worth trying out. I've been taking both my vehicles to the dealerships for services. I don't get this kind of customer service are these many details from the dealerships. Highly recommend. A+++

Came in for a diagnostic but ended up only needing codes cleared from a battery being replaced. Roger and Sam helped me a lot and didn’t need a full diagnostic charge to do so. Definitely bringing my business back when next service is needed.

I've never felt as comfortable at a mechanic as I have at keep it new. Any suggested work is provided with a full breakdown of reason and cost. Everything is so transparent and trustworthy! And they have an amazing inspection deal for first time visitors.

I am very happy with all of the work I have had done at keep it new. From brake jobs to flushes to timing belt replacements or just oil changes. My favorite aspect is their inspection system! Your car is not just in for work it is fully inspected and they have a system in place that allows you to see what has to be changed what will need to be changed and what is good. This allows you to prepare for things and fix things before catastrophe. Best mechanic and Auto Shop in town by far.

I was referred to go check out Keep It New Auto Service, and I was kinda worried thinking I would fall into the Auto Repair Trap! To my surprise the owner is a WOMAN and very knowledgeable! My car went in the shop broken and came out refreshed! Ann and her crew were extremely professional and super courteous! I can say I have a new shop for my car maintenance and repairs! Had to get several services done with Keep it New Auto and they went above and beyond to make sure they could get my car done in a timely manner. Also I love how they take pictures of everything to show you the condition of the parts that need the work and explain everything to you. My car is finally running great again!
