Great place to get your car worked on

We're very happy we discovered Keep It New Auto Service. We had a garage in Arroyo Grande that we were sad to leave, but Keep It New has erased those sad feelings. Linn and his staff are accommodating and pleasant to work with. We appreciate the quick turn-around time on the appointments. The email with a summary of work done and the recommendations for future repairs needed to keep our cars working "like new" is very helpful.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that they showed you what's wrong with your car they don't just tell you. They even take picture. The prices are fair and they seem honest. The place it self is hidden and the waiting area is ok.I recommend on dropping your car and getting picked up by a friend. Or you can asked them to get you an uber and they just add the charges to your bill; which is nice. Ann was very nice and she is very efficient.

Absolutely wonderful! As a recent arrival to Brentwood, I selected KINAS from neighborhood recommendations and Yelp reviews after the car brakes started squealing yesterday. I called my top three potential shops for estimates on break jobs. Two gave similar estimates and I was annoyed when the KINAS representative politely explained they didn't provide estimates over the phone given the many variables involved even in the common brake service. My wife convinced me that's maybe a good sign (think doctors / diagnosis). I agreed and decided to see how it would go. I called the next morning and got an appointment to have the brakes checked out that afternoon. She said it could take about an hour for a thorough check. The front office was very friendly, explained the process, and I started on my book in their clean and comfortable waiting area. In about 1 hour I was told the car was ready and the brakes were still adequately within requirements and in good shape. The squeal could not be replicated in a road test so they cleaned the brake system as well gave the car a thorough general inspection. I was blown away when I was provided a detailed written report including everything that was inspected along with actual photos! To top it off, there was no charge! Keep It New Auto Service will definitely be taking care of our two cars from now on.

Recommend. When it comes to recommending an auto repair company, the first word you have to use is "trust". You have to be able to trust the mechanic when they tell you you should have a particular service or repair, and you should be confident that this recommendation is not just a ploy to make more money.
