We're very happy we discovered Keep It New Auto Service. We had a garage in Arroyo Grande that we were sad to leave, but Keep It New has erased those sad feelings. Linn and his staff are accommodating and pleasant to work with. We appreciate the quick turn-around time on the appointments. The email with a summary of work done and the recommendations for future repairs needed to keep our cars working "like new" is very helpful.

Always a great experience. Thorough inspection of the vehicle and clear communication of what repairs are needed, and which one are “recommended”. Repairs are timely and within the estimated costs (always appreciated). Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Tries hard. my squeaky breaks were driving me nuts, it took 2 tries , but they fixed it.

Top-notch service. I already have. I have NEVER received as thorough a safety check analysis of my vehicle as I did at your shop, and that includes two Chevy dealerships for my truck and several private auto repair shops. Your A/C technician diagnosed a leak that other shops have not been able to find for the past three years in a row. It now blows air cold enough to make ice cubes!

I moved from Walnut Creek and decided I didn't want to make the drive to service my 2015 Subaru Outback. I investigated car repair shops in Brentwood and since Keep It New got great reviews I decided to give them a try. I am not sorry! The front desk people are friendly and incredibly informative. They know their business! The mechanics were on time and my Subaru was delivered back to me exactly when promised. I waited in the office and it was comfortable and pleasant.
