So happy to have found this place on Yelp and even happier when they exceeded their excellent Yelp reviews. I was able to make a same day appointment. The customer service was EXCELLENT. The kind ladies were very welcoming and very clear about the service being performed on my vehicle. My oil change and inspection only took about 45 minutes and the price was very very reasonable. I can't speak highly enough about this place and will be back for my future service needs.

This place is fantastic - great job and very honest! I took my car in thinking for sure that I needed to have a brake job, but to my surprise they told me I didn't. How many other auto shops would do this?!? They definitely have earned my respect and business!

Great service, honest and friendly

I have been taking my cars here for years and continue referring Keep It New to friends regarding their quality automotive service. Linn and Ann run a rock solid shop and are competitive, fair and honest about service. My most recent fix was an intermittent overheating issue with my Infiniti FX. After many hours of complex diagnosis, the problem was resolved. They have turned away fixing my brakes twice as there still was plenty of brake pad/rotor use and they are even competitive on oil changes. Don't take your automotive needs anywhere else as Keep It New will deliver!!! #qualityservice

Horrible communication and customer service. I made an appointment to get my brakes serviced and after two hours with no phone call, I called the office. They did not communicate to me that they were only giving me an estimate. I thought they were replacing my brakes. I was very frustrated because I work full time and it was my only day off. They told me they were overloaded that day and serviced too many cars...Well, maybe they shouldn't overload themselves because they definitely lost my business. Upon driving away, I heard popping and it felt like I was dragging something under my car. They left the parking brake half way on. Ugh. I am so frustrated and will NEVER go there again!
