I have been looking for a great shop to take my vehicles too. I took my chevy truck in with an AC issue after going to several different mechanics that never seemed to fix the problem. Keep it new gave me their full recommendation of repairs and made sure it was fixed. When I picked up the vehicle they really went over the services they performed and other future recommendations for my vehicle. They also have an excellent warranty on the full service AC repair I had done.

We normally take our car to a place in Oakley but I didn't have time. I called and was able to get a same day appointment & they are located only a few blocks from my home. They were affordable, friendly, professional and very thorough. I will definitely be back & recommend to my family & friends.

I recently brought my older vehicle in to Keep It New Auto Service for AC Repair that I had been putting off. I was pleasantly assisted by Rima over the phone who scheduled an appointment for me immediately. I must say that the office staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and accommodating. They truly represent "great customer service". They answered all my questions with confidence and assured me that I would be taken care of. They also addressed other maintenance/repairs for my vehicle and gave me estimates for everything without pressuring me to do any of the work. I carefully reviewed the recommendations, scheduled the appointment and had the work completed. Everything seems to be working great so far, and I also like that they schedule follow-up appointments at no charge to make sure all is good! They really want to make sure that you are satisfied. I found my new local auto repair shop and would recommend them to anyone in need of one as well.

This is the best auto shop I've ever used. I typically self diagnose and DIY the small jobs and leave the big ones or the ones I don't have time for to these experts. They have always tackled the right issue the first time and figured out what's wrong when I can't. I've never been anything but completely satisfied with their prices, technical service, and customer service. They have gone above and beyond multiple times making them true professionals.

Recommended. I have been taking my cars to Linn's shop for many years and have always been very happy with he and his staff's work. I have recommended his shop to many people over the years. I like dealing with Ann at the front desk. She is very helpful and know her automobiles.
