Great service, honest and friendly

I have been taking my cars here for years and continue referring Keep It New to friends regarding their quality automotive service. Linn and Ann run a rock solid shop and are competitive, fair and honest about service. My most recent fix was an intermittent overheating issue with my Infiniti FX. After many hours of complex diagnosis, the problem was resolved. They have turned away fixing my brakes twice as there still was plenty of brake pad/rotor use and they are even competitive on oil changes. Don't take your automotive needs anywhere else as Keep It New will deliver!!! #qualityservice

Horrible communication and customer service. I made an appointment to get my brakes serviced and after two hours with no phone call, I called the office. They did not communicate to me that they were only giving me an estimate. I thought they were replacing my brakes. I was very frustrated because I work full time and it was my only day off. They told me they were overloaded that day and serviced too many cars...Well, maybe they shouldn't overload themselves because they definitely lost my business. Upon driving away, I heard popping and it felt like I was dragging something under my car. They left the parking brake half way on. Ugh. I am so frustrated and will NEVER go there again!

Seriously legit auto shop. We went here based on the Yelp reviews and they were spot on. The gal who works the front desk is so pleasant and helpful. She was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone prior to bringing in two of our cars. She was upfront the whole time. We also found out that one of our vehicles needed the catalytic converter replaced and they gave us a referral to get that done at a different shop which shows to me that they aren't going to screw you over. We have found our new auto shop!

If you hate taking your vehicle to other mechanics that try to up sell you on other parts and services, then go to Keep it New. No up selling tactics, honest pricing that beats most competitors. You speak directly to the mechanic that did the work, not some pushy service advisor that tries to make you pay more for things you don't need.

Staff is friendly and takes the time to explain everything to me so I understand what's going on with my car. I feel they are very honest, letting me know if something needs to be done soon, right away or even just kept an eye on. Prices are fair for repairs and oil changes for my cars are actually cheaper here than a regular oil change-only place.They are good people here.

Upon first entering I knew I made a great decision to come here. Friendly staff that really knows their stuff! Fair prices and good estimates. I didn't feel like they were trying to squeeze money out of me like other places I've been to. They were considerate of my time and were pleasant to talk to. I will be coming back here for all my automotive needs!

This is an amazing company. The assessed my car, was honest about what needed to be done and gave me some very helpful suggestions. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.
