These guys are awesome I called around 4pm to see if I could bring my car in. The check engine light had just came on and I had to get it done quick. These guys told me to come in and fixed the problem HELLA QUICK. Then as I was checking out I realized they closed at 5pm. They stayed open a little later for me XD love these guys this is the only place I will go to get my car worked on. They had done a brake job on my car as well and hooked me up with a good price!! THANKS YOU GUYS!!!!

What is wrong with me?! I took wayyyyyy too long to review our go-to auto repair shop. Ann is a gem and always super friendly and attentive in scheduling appointments and going over costs analysis. L and his team are obviously skilled workers and the pricing is well competitive. If you're looking for honesty, quality and competitive prices, look no further. Keep it New is the place! I only wish they did transmission repair. We appreciate that they refer to other quality shops like A-1 transmission for such.

We have FOUND our new "car place"! My husband and I just moved up here to Brentwood, and "Keep it New" was the first place I tried for routine oil change, no need to try anyone else! Their prices are competitive and I feel like I can trust them. After my car is finished they explained what they did and what (if any) suggestions they have for upcoming maintenance. This is a huge help when it comes to budgeting, for example: last time I was there Ann mentioned I would soon be needing a new filter of some sort (we are not car people), so I already had the higher dollar amount in my head when I went in for my next oil change. No surprises, love it! Plus, they have an App that they get to "punch" each time you come in to save up for a free oil change, awesome!

This place is the best wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Ann is a GEM.

I've been looking for an oil change place that I feel comfortable leaving my car once I turn over my keys and that is in the same town. If you're like me I'm not so easy to win over my trust. I'm writing this review while sitting in there waiting area. So far Ann has been friendly and caring and interested in me as a person. I see the way she is helping a customer with the phone app they have. Very professional!!!! So far I like what I see and what I feel. I don't know the gentleman behind the counter but is also very professional like Ann. They just helped another customer that walked in to pick up his car. The gentleman behind the counter asked the customer if he wanted to see the old parts. What mechanic now-a-day tells you that. So far all the reviews I read about this place are accurate. I walked in about 3:50pm and they just told me may car is just about done its 4:42pm. Very reasonable time. I see it pulling up to the front of the shop now. I had a great experience at Keep It New Auto Service.

Great service, honest and friendly

Brought a used car here for an inspection before buying. Linn did an amazing job. Turns out he used to work for a dealership buying used cars and inspecting them at one point.

When I moved to Brentwood and needed an oil change for my car, I looked for something local.as I believe in supporting local businesses. Keep It New had a high rating so I went there and since then has been my go-to place even though I don't live in Brentwood anymore.Last December the Check Engine light came on and my car went into 'limp home' mode. I brought it at Keep It New and was told the VTEC module had gone bad; with that kind of news I prepared for the worst. Not only was it fixed WELL UNDER what I expected it to be but it was fixed in 3 days!Yesterday I had an appointment for an oil and transmission fluid change + headlights replacement but had arrived an hour late. They were able to squeeze me in and got my car back in a few hours. I don't recommend arriving late to appointments though.Linn, the owner is very knowledgeable and his rates are more than fair. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic or service place but Keep It New *is* that place. BTW, download their app to make it easier to keep track of when services are due for your vehicle.I'm more than happy to another FIVE STAR review for Keep It New Auto Service.
