I have my oil changes done here and have my car serviced. Most corporate oil change places just nickel and dime you, until your oil change is $100.00. Not this place, Ann at the Front desk is extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They document your cars history and really make having my car serving experience great. I highly recommend this shop for your auto service needs. I took my car into the shop yesterday for an oil change, it sounds better, runs better, and I think they tightened the belt too. I saw a card at my dental office and thought i'd try them out. I must say I was extremely impressed. Being a woman I usually don't like to go to auto repair shops by myself. But I had no one to accompany me this time and I must say that Linn (the owner) was more than honest and reasonable with me. I can't say how much I appreciate his honesty, but not only that, he was professional and well experienced. He seemed to know a great deal about cars and I felt very comfortable with his service. My car is a 1996, and he didn't try to talk me into repairs that won't last on this old car. Nothing like those grease ball mechanics i'm used to. lol My car has been running great and I love being able to say I have a mechanic I trust and won't go any where else. For those out there searching for a mechanic, you must try this shop. I promise you, you will like them.

Great, honest service. Tool my diesel truck in for an oil leak that the dealership told me would cost several thousand dollars to fix. Keep it New auto service fixed it in a few hours for a couple hundred bucks. No issues since. Check them out....

What a great shop! I don't like to go auto shops but Keep it New Auto Service is the exception. Linn the owner made the experience of doing business with a repair shop a pleasant one. Never been to a shop that actually takes the time to show and explain what's wrong and what needs to be done to repair the problem. They get the job done in a timely manner and to my surprise I was shown the parts that were replaced. I'm not one to write reviews but do like using Yelp and after my experience at Keep it New Auto Service I wanted to share with others looking for a fair shop to take there cars to.

The "check engine" light was on in my Mercedes. The local Mercedes shop wanted $2200 to do a repair. Lynn and his mechanics really did a spectacular job for the repair....way more than was expected and for less than 20% of the other shop's price. I highly recommend them.

We found Keep it New in the grapevine, and we couldn't have found a better place. They have a small staff that makes you feel more welcome, at least more than other places. I have had a run-around with car problems for the past 6 years and since taking my car here, they have solved every problem! Fixing a car is never "cheap", however they are affordable and help save you cost whenever possible. I will never take my car anywhere else. Even if I move, I'd probably bring my car back to Brentwood just so they can help with repairs! Stop searching on Yelp and Google - take your car to Keep it New!

As I promised,here is my feedback after having my car serviced last Friday at KeepitNew. The place was the cleanest auto service center I have seen and very honest people.They didn't recommend uneccesary repairs and the pleasant surprise was I was in and out the door under 30 minutes.I will return there and I have started recommending the place to my friends. Thank you Linn for being a honest and knowledgeable Technician.

Thank God that there are still honest Auto service places around.This place is the best,cleanest and efficient auto center.I took in my Acura for B1 service and it was performed quickly and efficiently.They never told me lies or recommended unecessary repairs.In fact,they gave my car a clean bill of mechanical health.Great customer service,honest people and I strongly recommend this place to all and sundry.

Two of my Church members at our monthly Men Breakfast recommended KeepitNew to me and I am going there for the first time this coming Friday with a lot of excitement. I have been deceived by dealers several times and over paid for unrendered services.I will post a new entry after my service on 10/26.

I recommend Keep it New to everyone I know. I don't do that with many places. Linn, (the owner) and Ann (front desk) have been the most forthcoming, comfortable people to deal with that I have no need to go anywhere else. Other places offer cheap deals to get you in the door and then upcharge wherever they can. Keep it new has earned my trust and repeat business by doing the opposite. Many times I have come in saying "it's probably time to replace this or that" and they say "we can check it if you would like, but we won't replace it unless it's necassary". Linn has saved parts he replaced so he can show them to me and go over why it needed to be replaced. If you worry that your current mechanic might be gouging you, go to Keep it New and you will switch immediately.
