I came in with my air conditioner not blowing cold air. Freon would only last a day. Temperatures in the Eastbay were getting up to the 100s so I had to get this fixed. I heard good things about Keep It New through the Nextdoor app so I decided to give them a try. I set an appointment and came in to drop off my car. Kathy took my information and couldn't be nicer. She instantly felt like family. Later that day, Ann sent me the most detailed report of my car I've ever seen. She included pictures of the areas were the leaking from the dye they introduced into my AC system. I can see for myself without having to jack my car up and rip it all apart. They do this for you and take pictures. It may not be a big deal for other customers but I was amazed. Keep It New also looked into other areas of my car to give me holistic view of the recommended repairs for my vehicle. Ann also reached out to me by phone and explained everything to me like I was her only customer. She was also SUPER knowledgeable about the repairs and I was able to bounce ideas off of her without her having to get the mechanic. It was as though, she was the mechanic. It made me feel that I made the right choice to come to Keep It New. Later that week, I came in to pick up my car. Ann showed me the old parts and gave me evidence of the new colder temps my car was pushing out. Its been a few days and the AC system has great. It's was 101 yesterday but inside my car it was very cool and comfortable. Keep It New may not have the cheapest rates in the area but what you will find is a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a team who truly cares about getting your car problems fixed and you back on the road. I was very happy with the whole experience and will certainly be back to support this local business.
