I love keep it new. I called them dead in the heat of summer because my AC went out. They got me in ASAP and the rest was history. I've been going to them ever since for auto repairs at times it can be pricey but they get the job done they are transparent and they keep you well informed. Ask for Cathy when you go she's my favorite customer service rep even though they are all nice and friendly.

Staff were very friendly. They also provide a report with pictures of the parts associated to their recommendations and results. Will definitely come to this place again.

Being a new resident here I wanted to find an automotive shop that I could bring my car to beside the car dealers. I was very pleased with this repair shop and Ann was very knowledgeable in explaining any issues that my car had. Everyone in the office was very nice and made me feel like I found the perfect place to bring my vehicle. I even made an appointment to bring my husbands truck there for a transmission service. I am sure I will get great service here.

Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. They provide an awesome report which includes pictures of the parts in question.

Keep It New was great! They did a very thorough inspection of all my systems when I brought my aged, neglected Subaru Forester to them. I especially like their reports, which includes photos of all inspected components and green/yellow/red rating system for urgency of repairs. They gave me detailed estimates of recommended work and took the time to discuss each repair with me directly. Linn was great in helping me sort out what I needed done, and never tried to upsell me. I got a chance to meet all three of the great ladies out front, Kathy, Ann, and Chopper (Annie); in addition to being quite knowledgeable, they are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Five stars!

Recently, I had my Toyota Sienna repaired/serviced for engine overheating. I am extremely happy with the high quality of service that was offered. Customer service representative Ann, patiently discussed every detail of the repair and helped me understand the issue well. Technician Josh did a great job diligently finding the issue and fixing it. He has done a fabulous job. Ann made sure I got some help with a discount and car rentals. Overall I am extremely happy with the service. I will come back here in future. I would recommend Keep It New to family and friends. Thanks a lot.
