Our 2014 Ford F-150 was not working right, key fob not working, alarm would go off each time we tried to open the car door, vent was pushing out hot air. AC wasn’t working…. We just moved to the area & I found this place via yelp. 5 stars across the board. I can now see why. This is one great / honest establishment. I’m always leery of service places even dealership services but this one made me feel good. To start, Ann checked us in. Asked a lot of questions (1st time ever going through something like that & boy did it make a difference!). Long story short, it was computer related. Ann kept me informed each time and at the end of the day, it didn’t completely break our bank (luckily we have extended warranty) but we were all excited at the fact that they found the problem & fixed it! Thank you KEEP IT NEW AUTO SERVICE! Again, you guys are a great establishment. I will definitely be bringing my truck back for any work, including maintenance. Kudos to Ann! She knows her stuff. She’s very personable & professional.

Thorough inspection and assessment. My bad on waiting too long so it cost me, but they’re very fair with their pricing and honest with what they see. I work out of town, so not being open on Saturday’s causes some hardship, but I will give up my vacay days if needed to get in here. Service writers are knowledgeable and welcoming (Ann and Chopper) and keep you aware of what they are finding. Highly recommend Keep it New. You will be fully satisfied and feel you got your money’s worth!

I was able to get an appointment the same day, and they did the oil change service while I waited. They are efficient and thorough. I appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me any more parts or service and just did what was needed. I feel that I can trust them with my car.

They always do amazing job on all our vehicles. Plus biggest bonus is they keep great records on vehicles with all my needs and soon to be repairs for future services. I would highly recommend their company and turn around time is fast and efficient.

Can t say enough about this place Ann is amazing and the report you get with the service is better then any I have ever seen. The GM dealership I used to bring my truck to made a mistake nothing bad accidents happen but they needed the receipt to reimburse me for the work .the manager of the service department even stated he wish they did service reports like this!. Also I have a diesel truck had an issue with it and scheduled an appointment with one of the other ladies Ann saw the notes immediately called me and told me I needed to take it to someone else she didn’t think they could possibly do it and didn’t want me to spend extra money going to them and then her having to possibly send me elsewhere so she gave me a recommendation. For a business to turn down money to do the right thing in my opinion is pretty amazing today ! I will give Ann first shot at any business as long as I live in Brentwood I just don’t think you can find better customer care!
