This was my first time at Keep It New Auto Service and they have to be the BEST auto shop I have ever been too. From the minute I stepped through the door, Kathy and Ann were extremely welcoming! After having an oil change, Kathy gave me a full report on a general inspection they had done on my car. I usually get really anxious when it comes to car issues but I felt very comfortable because of the fact that Kathy was very comforting and extremely thorough at explaining exactly what they had found and how they would fix it. She is one friendliest people I have ever met, she’s fantastic. Great job Keep It New, I will definitely be coming back!

I've used Keep It New for three different cars and each time I've been very impressed with their reports and work on my vehicles. I just picked up a used, 2006 Honda CRV and brought it in for an oil change and a visual inspection. It was pointed out that there was some items that were a cause for concern. While I didn't bring the car in for a pre-purchase inspection, I will be contacting KIN to replace the shocks, struts, which are leaking and worn out lower control arms. While it's a bit of investment, it should keep my vehicle running safely. Thanks for all the information and work.

I recently had my Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid serviced at Keep It New Auto Service. I had been worried that something was wrong with my car since buying it used, and Keep It New settled all of my fears. I received an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. Their technicans and service advisor gave me EXCELLENT advice about when to service my car and how, and they are clearly looking our for our mental health, safety, and finances! I could not have been more satisfied as a first time customer, and I am thrilled to have found my regular mechanic from now on! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I love how they explain everything in detail and take pictures of repairs that need to be done. I’m grateful To have found a repair shop we can trust.
