My 2006 GMC Denali was serviced here. Our bill was over $3100 dollars. We returned the truck due to the truck was not driving well as they stated. After a 2nd drive test, it was obvious the two diagnosis tests we received were wrong. We were told AFTER we paid $3100 dollars, we needed a new transmission. Immediately, I had my truck towed from this shop to Contra Costa Auto Service. After running a diagnostic test, they told me my truck needed at least $9K worth of work and recommended I don't put another dime in this truck. They APOLOGIZED for Keep it New and said they wish I had brought the truck to them first. Thank God there are still honest mechanics around. Think twice before coming to this place!

5 stars, because every single service performed on our vehicle has been extremely thorough. We never have to wonder if the work has been done well (as has happen to us in the past at other auto service places). The staff truly cares about the vehicle, ensuring that all is running top notch. We also appreciate how knowledgable the staff is on issues our vehicle has had. They are always good about explaining what is needed and why. Lastly, they show photos of the parts on the vehicle that need replacing, which is helpful, and their App is great as well !
