Made an appointment for an oil change and brake fluid replacement. Car was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. The report on additional issues down the road is fantastic. Gave me a much better idea on how much longer to keep my 12 year old car.

A thoroughly delightful experience. An 80 year old lady treated with kindness and respect throughout the process. Then they explained very thoroughly what they found. They did an amazing number of checks and showed me pictures as well. I was concerned that I would get ripped off as I was an old lady who knew nothing about cars. Luckily a friend took me to them. I could not have been happier. The price was right and I thought they treated me fairly. I will be back.

My wife and I have are cars serviced at KIN and I had a technical problem with the "tire low warning light" that takes up a lot of the instrument area while I was approaching Walnut Creek for an appointment so on my way home I stopped by KIN to turn the light off and deal with the problem. They were fast and fixed the problem in no time. My thanks to Josh and the person up front who were great to deal with. Sure beats going to a dealer. Thank you KIN.

My experience here was great. Very responsive and kept me up to date on my vehicle. I really like how the website lets you know what needs attention, will need future attention and what is good on the vehicle. Also very nice personnels! Will definitely come back for future work.
