We just started using this shop and have been extremely impressed both times we have taken our car here. They are very thorough and the ladies in the office are extremely warm and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place.

After just having a motor put in my car the electronic throttle indicator light came on and the car ran like a 6.0 earthquake. I called Keep It New and they treated me like precious family. Respect, understanding, kindness and the best and most incredible customer service I have ever experienced!

Sometimes we have a hard time getting our car in because our lives are so busy—we appreciate being able to drop after hours to have our car taken care of the next business day. I also truly appreciate Ann, the service manager who always goes above and beyond to help me to schedule my car for service, explain everything in full of what needs to be done, and most of all I am always treated like family there. I've never found a mechanic shop where I didnt feel worried about being scammed or trying to get taken advantage of until I came here! They truly care and want to make sure you are safe and taken care of. They make sure they provide affordable prices and if it's a little more pricey, it is completely worth what you pay for. Not just the amazing mechanical work but the friendly staff that treats you like family! Big thank you to Kathy for treating me so well and Markus for amazing mechanic work!

Great service here. They go above and beyond when looking over your vehicle. Any recommendations they have are usually followed up with photos to show you the issue. Mechanic has even came out to personally talk with me in regards to their diagnosis. Highly recommend this auto shop. My only complaint is prices can be steep on repairs, however you will know quality work is being done.

I have been here several times but this was the last! Every time I pick up my car there is grease on the fenders and door .Talked to the owner Lin said he would remedy the problem didn’t happen. I have spent over $2000.00 on Service this will be the last!!!!
