Let me start off by saying Kathy is very friendly and helpful. She always has a good attitude and willing to help. This auto shop has never let me down. They also inspect your car and address any other issues your car may have that you may have not been aware of . They also provide photos of the issues so you know they're not just trying to get money out of you for no reasonn. Kathy went over my inspection report with the priorities first. I will definetely be back for all my vehicles to fixed her .

Thank you for the mechanic's diagnosis for our 2001 Chevrolet Impala LS making whining sounds upon acceleration or drive off. For now, we are taking our chances on the use of our vehicle while at the same time cancelling long trips. We will use the car just for local area only, Oakley, Antioch and Brentwood. I felt like they actually cared about fixing the problem I was having with my car. Everywhere else I have gone fix what the think it is but never actually fixed the problem. These guys dug in my engine until they actually found the problem. Ann kept me very informed as to what was going on and when parts would be there and so on. They are very honest and reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough!
