We took our car in for the first time yesterday to Keep It New. No work was actually performed and we were only charged a racking fee, instead of the quoted diagnostic fee. That was much appreciated! But, what really impressed me is that this shop takes photos of. EVERYTHING, they inspect. On top of that, Ann explained everything in detail to us, and then emailed and texted it to us. Nothing is hidden, so you know exactly what is done for what you pay. Unfortunately, there are too many shops which are not trustworthy, but I didn’t feel that way here. I’d go here any day over taking the car to the dealer, except for recalls.
