We were visiting family in the area & our old Honda Pilot had enough. On recommendation of my SIL we towed it to KIN. Went in first thing next morning & Ann was so gracious & sympathetic (home is 250 miles away). They worked us in, did amazing diagnostics, repair and basically treated it as if it was their car. I cannot say enough good things about Ann, Ace and their whole crew. Extremely knowledgeable, think beyond the “codes”, & treat you like family. BTW they did this restoration on our 17 year old headlights as a Courtesy!!! Forever grateful Tatiana & Randy

The service was thorough, complete with pictures, recommendations, and all around great service.

they take pictures of the inside of your vehicle and show you what is wrong with it and also that it looks good and if things just need to be monitored before fixing it.

They were honest about issues, and gave them gradings for how bad it was and when they should be replaced.

Keep it new is a local garage with old fashion values. They treat customers with respect and kindness. They really are caring and made me feel like family. How unusual is that! As for cost, they try to save customers money as if they are spending it themselves but with practical applications to make sure your vehicle is fully repaired. I will be using this local garage for all my vehicles because I trust them.
