Had my car for over a week without contacting me despite having my correct phone number. When asked about it, lady had a rude tone. My family members have had good experiences with them, but mine wasn't the best.
Our apologies for the untimely response on the status of your vehicle . I believe your appointment was on 10/17 and towed in early on 10/14. I think they finished up the vehicle inspection late Friday or early Monday and you called for status on Tuesday morning. You are correct . You should have been contacted with a status before having to contact the shop for one. This is completely our fault. If you felt I was rude please accept my apologies. That was not my intent . Hope that in the future we can provide you and your family with the quality of service your family is accustomed too . Hopefully you will give us a chance in the future to do just that.
