I can’t not say enough about Keep It New. They were a referral to me, and I will refer them to everyone I know. They exceed expectations and go above and beyond to do the right thing for their customers. I will never take our cars anywhere else. They have proven to be honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and truly in the business to help people.

The 5 Star rating this place has is FOR REAL! So, with 3 kids, two dogs, and a job that keeps me busy; time is a luxury I don't often have. With that said, I usually pay a little extra at the drive-thru Valvoline Oil Changes so I can get in and out quickly. Well, I finally had a little extra time so I decided to Yelp some local Oil Change places, and this establishment came up with several glowing reviews, so I figured I would give it a try. I am SOOOOOO happy that I found this place! First off, the price was pretty good for what I got. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I probably saved about 40% from the competition. But, that's not all...for just an oil change, they did a pretty thorough inspection of my vehicle and even documented it with pictures on a report that I got a copy of after the oil change. Last but not least, was the level of customer service that they provide; most notably Kathy, one of their customer service reps. It's pretty rare you come across someone like this with her elite level of customer service, I promise you that I'm not making this up, she was a true professional. These guys did a pretty awesome job and I'll be taking ALL my vehicles there from now on. I'm so glad I found this place!

We have been going to Keep It New for a few years now and they have treated us like we are family. Wonderful staff and professional work. We trust KIN with our kids vehicles and they have never let us down.

Keep it New Auto Service was very prompt and professional AND the upmost important to me, they were very Kind and honest. The initial oil change is accompanied with a full head to " physical " of your vehicle. This can seem a bit overwhelming, however when you take a look at the detail of every single item reviewed you will begin to appreciate their systems of review Customer service was excellent ! Especially during this time of restrictions its challenging to be up close and personal, yet i feel as though this company or ( Kathy) provides Individualized customer service. My acura was serviced efficiently, and without delay. I was in and out within an hour and came back with a scheduled appt to have additional simple yet dyer work done, and that too was done with a decent time frame. I will be coming back for the other work sugeested as time allows.
