I want to do business with a place that's honest, knowledgeable, and fair with their pricing. Keep It New is all three of those qualities, and as much as a you'd hope for in an auto shop. I've taken three cars to this business and have always been given fully transparent work progress with thorough explanations and pictures. Ann and Ace do not push you into making any decisions, they give you the facts, recommendations, and quotes. I know from talking with Ace that he's is passionate about doing the work with the right technique and parts. I feel like what I'm paying for is a job that's done right the first time and not something that'll haunt me later because I wanted to risk paying the least possible. Lastly, this place is owned by wonderful people and it feels good to be able to give my business to deserving people.
