You guys are awesome!!! I just wrote a 2 star review for Walmart auto service, they informed me two times (while oil change) about the loose screw underneath engine guard and never fixed, it is no use of inspection if small things like this can’t be fixed. You guys were awesome not just simply fixed it also inspected my car fully without any cost to me. I would say have some basic cost for full inspection maybe 5-10 dollars, so that those smaller fixes are not free. I am waiting for the estimate on other identified issues and once received i will definitely go for any other service through you. Ann and team is great.

Really happy with the service at Keep it New Auto Service. Probably the first time where I experienced such details with the explanation of current work and inspection along with pictures with the vehicle inspection. They take great care to details! Highly recommend!

From the moment I called with my concern they ensured I did not get services I did not need. They were up front with what to expect and earned my trust right away. They also are amazing on the follow up at the end of service and during service. Lots of pictures of things that are good and things that need service. It all was completed and accurate so they have earned a life long customer.

So my suspension needed to be checked out. I went on yelp and chose "Keep It New Auto Service" because of all the 5-star reviews. Well let me tell you... I have NEVER experienced such thoroughness and raw honesty in an auto repair company before! Not only do they inspect your car, they have a website that all the information is uploaded to, pictures of all your parts, under the hood, carriage, etc. They document what they fix, what needs to be fixed and advise you of any "red or yellow" additional repairs needed in the near future with estimates. The receptionist who greeted and checked me in was very nice and professional, the waiting room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and updated. Even the service technician, Rodger, came out and explained everything he reviewed, and delivered such personable service! This company is absolutely AMAZING and will be the only company that I will go to.

I can't say anything about the service since I didn't have anything done due to certain circumstances that Ann knows about. I can say that Ann was very helpful in explaining everything and was very kind. She definitely knows her mechanical experience. Thanks Ann for all your help and I will recommend anyone in need of car service.p

Took me right in to check the steering as it is tight and the steering wheel is not returning to full and proper position when making turns. Also a loud banging whenever car goes over bumps or the road surface is not even.
