I called to ask if they provide mobile services because I was planning to buy a car in their area and the customer service lady picked up the phone before it even started ringing. Despite the fact that they don’t provide the service she went on to explain how the process works and what I should be aware of when it comes to buying a used vehicle. I really appreciate her kind and honest perspective.

They are knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly people. Their checkup is detailed. Ann gave me all the info about what they inspected, found and showed me pictures on computer. I also got paper report for my future maintenance. Their service is excellent. They are not the kind of people who want to make quick or unnecessary money from you. Had my car for over a week without contacting me despite having my correct phone number. When asked about it, lady had a rude tone. My family members have had good experiences with them, but mine wasn't the best.

Our apologies for the untimely response on the status of your vehicle . I believe your appointment was on 10/17 and towed in early on 10/14. I think they finished up the vehicle inspection late Friday or early Monday and you called for status on Tuesday morning. You are correct . You should have been contacted with a status before having to contact the shop for one. This is completely our fault. If you felt I was rude please accept my apologies. That was not my intent . Hope that in the future we can provide you and your family with the quality of service your family is accustomed too . Hopefully you will give us a chance in the future to do just that. Had a problem today with my Honda and the "Tires Low" warning that comes up and blocks a lot of your car's indicators. Well, we took our car in to have them deal with the problem for us. They took care of the problem without hesitation in a timely manner. A great company to have your car serviced at, especially for senior citizens. We have our cars serviced there and love what they do and the pricing sure beats the dealerships. Thanks Keep It New!

I inherited a '98 Ford Mustang from my deceased birth father - I had to pick it up from the Bay Area, about 360 miles from my home in L.A. I was concerned that it wouldn't make the trip back, so I brought it to Keep it New to have them assess the car's condition. For a nominal amount of money, they did a thorough inspection of the car and told me all the issues, plus gave me estimates for everything. The most urgent problem was tires, so when I picked up the car at 4:50, I needed to get it out to a tire place in the neighborhood that would quickly put on a new set of tires for the trip back that night. Ace expedited the transaction so we could make that happen. The other issues, ball joints, AC repair, theft sensors, brakes rotors and pads, 12v battery, etc., could all be handled locally in L.A. Ace topped off the fluids for me gratis. Between Ann and Ace, I felt like I had long time friends taking care of me. I really wish I had a "Keep it New" service near me in Los Angeles, so I could continue the maintenance for the Mustang and my old Lexus with this company. I truly recommend this garage to anyone who needs a mechanic they can trust. Viva Keep it New!

Really appreciate the perfection of service that was done on my truck. Especially getting the report of everything thats needed in detail from urgent to future repairs.

One of spaker missed fire, then replaced 4 sparkers and ignition coils, resolved the engine shaking problem.
