I called Keep it New after they were recommended by our good friends who have been using them for 14 years and had no complaints. Like us, they were tired of dealing with dealer service departments which we felt were taking advantage of us in doing things not really necessary. I am so glad we called keep it new who explained everything to me and told me exactly what to do since my husband's car had a dead battery and needed some attention due to his illness. I made an appointment with Keep it New and the rest is history. We are very pleased with the way they handled our problems and my husbands car is running great. He has yet to ride it but hopefully soon. We are an elderly couple who are not really savvy in the use of the computer but they made things easy for me. There are still questions we have which I am sure they will help us find things on thier service site.

You guys are awesome!!! I just wrote a 2 star review for Walmart auto service, they informed me two times (while oil change) about the loose screw underneath engine guard and never fixed, it is no use of inspection if small things like this can’t be fixed. You guys were awesome not just simply fixed it also inspected my car fully without any cost to me. I would say have some basic cost for full inspection maybe 5-10 dollars, so that those smaller fixes are not free. I am waiting for the estimate on other identified issues and once received i will definitely go for any other service through you. Ann and team is great.

Really happy with the service at Keep it New Auto Service. Probably the first time where I experienced such details with the explanation of current work and inspection along with pictures with the vehicle inspection. They take great care to details! Highly recommend!

From the moment I called with my concern they ensured I did not get services I did not need. They were up front with what to expect and earned my trust right away. They also are amazing on the follow up at the end of service and during service. Lots of pictures of things that are good and things that need service. It all was completed and accurate so they have earned a life long customer.
