My first time to Keep It New Auto Service. Got the 10,000 mi maintenance service plus tire rotation and front wiper replacement on my Lexus RX350. Not only did they do the service, I was shown pictures of everything that was checked under the vehicle. I'm very happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of Keep It New Auto Service.

Excellent customer service with good call back, clear communication and explanations of what needed to be done complete with photos of worn parts.

We are in town from another state and needed some vehicle maintenance. We found Keep It New via a web search. I would highly recommend them to anybody. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime we come back into town. This will be our go to shop.

Brakes and rotors were replaced.

Service was done in a timely manner and everything that was done was visually explained via photos.

I was scheduled for brake service. Most places would replace my brakes. But Ace informed me I had life left on my pads. He had his mechanics inspect my vehicle and despite the fact I showed up clueless, and he could have taken advantage of a simple dult such as myself…he did not. That matters. It’s huge. I’ll be back for the service, but I’ll keep coming back for the transparency. Thanks to you guys. I appreciate the way you operate. Impeccable.
