Customer service has been superb! I had a couple evap codes and instead of charging me for both sensors unnecessarily, they replaced one and said that it's possible that one has triggered the other code. The asked me to drive it around to see if the other code pops up. They did a full detailed inspection and didn't push any other repairs down my throat. They are definitely affordable super friendly very professional. I couldn't be any more happier with my experience and definitely plan to bring my vehicles into this shop in the future.

If your in search off a place to take your vehicle stop looking this is the place. Excellent friendly, fast service. The people here are amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. They keep you informed on what’s going on with your vehicle and only recommend the service that are necessary so you’re not getting extra stuff done for no reason. This is the only place I’ll take my vehicles and will recommend this place to everyone.

Ann and her team at Keep it New Auto Service were amazing. I was looking for a new mechanic in the area and this is now my goto spot. They were extremely honest with what work needed to be done and what work “could be done” but wasn’t required right away. This was extremely helpful as I just purchased a used car and wanted to get a general idea of the condition of it. The process includes them attaching photos and providing explanations with each photo of the issues that arise on your vehicle. This is a first that I have seen from any mechanic! I truly appreciate the transparency and the way this company does business. I will be coming here with all my future car needs.
