I used to drive far for routine car maintenance and issues; but once started with Keep IT new since 1+years, I have been going and recommending to my friends. Some of my friends already went and they are very happy with the service. Great to have this kind of outlet locally and very proud to support local.

This place is amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and show you what they are talking about. I know nothing about cars but they take the time to explain what is happening so I understand what needs to be fixed and why. They even tell you the priority for repairs so you aren’t overwhelmed with all of them at once. 10/10 would reccomend. I will always bring my cars here

Initial impression was that they didn't want or need my business because they are "the busiest shop in town" as the receptionist told me when I asked why the wait for a diagnostic appt was so long. Then I was told that since my car didn't always make the noise I would have to leave it there for a few days. ? When I mentioned this was my only car I was told I could rent a car while they kept it. I dont have the funds to rent car for no reason.. Refused to look at a video I had taken of the noise and the area where it was coming from. Not too helpful. Went to another place with experienced mechanics who looked at my video and was able to then look at the engine around that area, fixed the issue very quickly. Did not even charge me!! They have a customer for life.( Precision Brake and Front End)

I just had work done at Keep It New and again I am happy with it. We take both of our cars there and will continue to do so. We are satisfied customers

I appreciate the text and email reminders of the appointment along with the pictures of the work to be done.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that we found this place! Honest as the day is long and the Service Manager, Ann really knows what she’s talking about. Everything is explained in the estimate of work and when the job is complete, there are pictures along with the comments showing you exactly what was done. I am almost reluctant to post this review because if more people find out about Keep it New it will mean a harder time getting in! You will not be sorry. Give them a try.

I have a 2004 Tundra with about 200k miles. It needed major maintenance work because the truck is 17 years old. The mechanic did an excellent job and my old truck is like new. The co-owner Anne was very nice and kept me well informed through the whole process. This business is top notch and I would not hesitate in taking any vehicle to their shop. They are courteous and professional.
