Extraordinary customer service matters! In fact, for me it is the ‘HEART’ of the matter! The minute I waked into the front door of ‘Keep It New’ Auto Service, I was greeted by Kathy Dansie, adviser. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely so incredibly NICE! I immediately felt comfortable with Kathy, as if I had met a new friend. One of the characteristics I appreciated most about her was that she took the time to ‘walk me’ through the process, explaining each step. Prior to coming to “Keep It New” Auto Service, I always took my car to the dealership for service. But, when the ‘engine needs attention’ light glared on my dashboard, I could not risk driving 30 miles to the dealership. I went online to find a place to take my car for service in my community of Brentwood. “Keep It New” had so many positive reviews and now I know ‘why’! I am writing one! My 2015 Buick is driving better now after the service than when I first purchased it. Seriously! Two additional quick points regarding their service that was important to me. They completed a diagnostic check, reviewed the Buick service recommendations, sent me an electronic summary of the results and Kathy called me and went through each element of report and the recommendations for service. She was very careful to ‘not pressure’ me into getting any recommended service but did expertly share the ‘areas’ that needed to be addressed now. What else can I say…I am now a customer for life! I was so excited that I immediately called my friends and family to recommend ‘Keep It New’ to them. I recommend them to you also! Five Stars PLUS!
