The reason I’ve been bringing my Honda Pilot back to Keep It New over and over again really comes down to the people working there. Not only that everyone has been very professional, but you get the sense that they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. When troubleshooting the engine misfiring issue for my car, they didn’t rush the diagnosis, kept me updated with the progress, and finally released the car when they felt it’s in a condition they could stand behind.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They provided a very in-depth quote on the services required on my car. They made an appointment right away and when my car was ready they texted me with photos of each service and the parts that were replaced. I’d like to also mention they took pictures of other parts of my car that need further service but the best part was photos of the great staff that provided all the work! The excellent experience and the overall service and dedication to the customer’s satisfaction is why I will refer my friends and family to Keep It New.
