I brought my car to Keep It New on July 13th, 2020z Im really grateful that Linn was able to service my vehicle on such a short notice. Before bringing it to Keep It New, I tried 3 Firestone’s and 1 Wheel Works and I still couldn’t find anyone that would help me on such a short notice. I was getting ready to drive to North Carolina for nursing school the very next day— then my check engine light came on. So, I just hoped Linn would be able to take care of me. Of course, in true Linn fashion, he keeps the rapport with his customers. Kathy (She’s a saint) saw how stressed I was and she really had the best customer service. They took care of me and I will not forget how they helped me when I really needed it. Thank you Linn and thank you Ms Kathy! Y’all are lifesavers.

I just moved to this area last year and it's a hassle for me to drive over 45 mins to my old mechanic. Found this little gem on Yelp and everyone that works there is amazing. I called in to make an appointment for an oil change and also wanted to know what I can do about my check engine light. Kathy was very friendly and very helpful. She explained in detail about how much it would've cost just to get it diagnosed and what my options were. I felt very comfortable talking with her and didn't feel like they were trying to scam me or anything. After getting my oil changed and tires rotated, Kathy explained everything else that was wrong with my car and what I should do. I LOVED how they did a thorough examination on my car. My side mirror is kinda knocked off and I asked where I can get that fixed, and Anne the other receptionist came out to check on my car and gave me a few options on what to do with that and I was in such awe! These ladies were amazing and I felt very taken care of! Thank you Keep it New Auto service, I will definitely be coming back!

First time using "Keep It New". Great experience in booking and over the phone. Prompt and serviced on time. Great communications about items wrong with my car. Price quotes for repairs look on average, but with the customer service you're getting good value for money. Provided me information to also assist me in fixing some of the repairs myself. Already using them to service my other car, and will be getting them to fix some items I'm not capable of doing.

I've known Linn for over 20 years now. I wouldnt take my cars any where else. Keep it New is honest, professional and they always do a great job. I refer everyone I know who needs a mechanic to them. The ladies who work the front are very personable and knowledgeable. Best place if you need a mechanic.

Keep it New Auto Service has brought back my trust in auto services. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with great care. After my vehicles were serviced they send you an email & text of a total inspection of your car (with photos!) it will tell you what condition your car is in whether is good, moderate, or “bad” (needs repair). From exterior; like tires and brakes to under the hood inspection. The best part, they aren’t pushy to get additional services done! I really appreciate their thoroughness. You don’t see a lot of that these days. Big thumbs up to their advisor, Kathy who is a joy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.
